In a sense, RenoMark™ is a “process mentor” using deep knowledge of the construction industry to set expectations, clarify roles and define the responsibilities of owners and contractors. The service has taken hold.

By encouraging consumers to give voice to their plans and learn about the roles of their contractor, RenoMark™ creates active participation in every project. With contractor membership in nine provinces and more than 40 Canadian communities they are part of the national home renovation landscape, endorsed by national and local homebuilders’ associations.

In the Calgary Region the need for renovation services, fueled by changing demographics, is growing. In fact, across the country there’s a growing need for multi-generational homes, where caring for aging parents and grandparents often requires unique changes. When RenoMark™ is able to help smooth this complicated process, consumers are quick to see the benefits.
